  3. Promotion - What strategies do they use to promote? What digital channels are they actively promoting on? 
  4. Place - Which platforms do they sell on? Do they have brick-and-mortar stores?   

Lastly, STALK their socials. When a business has been around for some time, chances are they have already gone through the trial and error of different social media channels. If you see they're most successful on TikTok, it may be time to enter TikTok.
